Trend Spotting: How can mobile, aggregation, social media, hyper-local, and other communication trends enhance community growth and service? Understanding social and new media developments can help us better plan for, and continue to evolve meaningful services through PEG.

The U-Verse Experience: First-hand experiences of launching PEG on AT&T systems. Was it complicated? What did it cost? What was the level of assistance and support from AT&T? Three different centers and three different experiences will be profiled.

Fight Club: Learn techniques for organizing and taking action to protect community voices. Seasoned PEG veterans will join the ACM’s new Executive Director, Sylvia Strobel to lead this empowering session.
